The top and largest picture shows galleon ships involved in battle on the sea. The picture on the lower left shows a plan of the star fortress of "Langackershans" (Nieuweschans) on the "Dollart" (Dollard) river. Includes views of troop formations, and dikes built toward Bunde, Germany and Bellingwolde, Netherlands captured by the Dutch on the 12/22 of July, 1673. The picture on the lower right of the sheet shows the plan of the city of Maastricht on the Maas during the siege. Includes small key numbered 1-7 identifying locations in the print.
