Shipping Information

• All products are shipped from Chile by certified mail
• It can take from 2 to 6 weeks. In some rare ocassions it can take up to 2 months.
  
• Your collectible is inside two shipping boxes, bubble wrap and paper.
• If the outer box arrives with clear signs of damage, please kindly take a picture of it before opening.      

Returns or refunds

If the shipment takes more than 8 weeks to arrive, I can refund your money and you can pay me back when the item arrives to you safely.
