This is a vintage Ikea abacus.  It is model number 900.648.46.  It dates to 1999.  It is made of wood with metal rods. It has 10 rows of 10 beads each.  It is a natural blonde wood with beads painted in primary colors.  It is a free-standing abacus that folds flat.  It measures 15.25" wide x 14.25" tall x 1" thick.  It weighs 2 lb 3 oz.  It is in very good condition with minimal signs of wear or use.  There is a "flaw" in the wood that is just part of the manufacturing process.  Please see the photos for specifics on the condition of this simple yet powerful teaching tool.
