Narrow 17 mm size.  Casings for 36 lbs of meat.  Strands are 10 1/2" long and stretch out to 49' each.  Each order has FOUR strands that hold 9 lbs of meat each.   Traditional mahogany color.  Just slip the casing strand over your slim stuffing tube.  Requires a narrow 10 mm stuffing tube for these 17 mm casings.  12" Tube is NOT included in purchase.

These casings are fully edible and easy to use.  Fill with your seasoned meat and place in your smoker, oven or preferred method of cooking.  Our collagen casings require no preparation prior to use.  Just load and fill.  If this is the first time that you have used collagen casings you will see the difference in the ease of use.  Store unused casings for up to 2 years.
