Longines's Conquest V.H.P. which stands for Very High Precision, combines high technicality, innovation, and modern aesthetic to reach new heights in quartz-based watchmaking. This Conquest V.H.P. Chronograph features a 44 mm black PVD case with a sunray silver-tone dial layered with concentric circular graining under a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with a polished fixed bezel, protected smart crown, and pushers. It has gunmetal gray and luminescent obelisk hands, indices, and an Arabic numeral at the 12 o'clock position as hour markers. A bordered and beveled date window is situated between the 4 and 5 o'clock positions, and the smart crown at the 3 o'clock position, wherein controls for time-setting can be minimally operated minute by minute or hour by hour. It is also equipped with a perpetual calendar that no longer requires correcting the date. Three subdials with silver-tone rings feature 60-second, 30-minute, and 12-hour counters. It is fitted with a black rubber strap and secured by a double safety folding clasp with a push-piece opening mechanism. This watch has a solid caseback engraved with Longines' old winged hourglass logo with the Ernest Francillon & Compagnie signature (EFCo). Encased within is the caliber L289, an extremely precise Swiss quartz chronograph movement capable of automatically resetting/correcting the hands in case of shock or exposure to a magnetic field and is water-resistant up to 50 meters/165 feet.
