WWI, WWII, Boy Scout Military Curved Bubble Convex Glass Picture Frame Oval 3/87.  Take a look at the pics.  A nice coat of brown polish and it will cover scuffs, scratches even that missing portion at the 2 oclock position.  I believe this is probably a WWI photo.  Take a look see if this is something you want to add to your collection.
