Works in 1995.5 to 2004 Tacoma trucks ALL MODELS.
All Trucks that do not have a clock are prewired for a clock. Just remove the bezel trim from around your ignition and you will find the plug behind the panel.
1995.5 to 2000 years had green illumination. 2001-2004 have amber or orange illumination like this one.
The LED for ALL years emits the SAME color. The cover lens is all they changed in 2001 to make it show the orange color. If you want this clock to be Green. Just swap the face cover on from your broken clock and this one will be the SAME exact color Green as your dead one. The lens covers are just held on be 4 tabs on the sides.
I have serviced the problem areas these clocks develop when they work intermittently or go out completely. I service all my clocks even if they are still working to assure they have years of problem free use.
You can buy the clock new from the dealer for $294.71 with the same issues prone to failure your existing clock suffered. They were produced with issues that will eventually happen again. This used clock has these issues permanently repaired that will outlast a new clock. Get a permanent fix for a fraction of that new price.
