This listing includes the driver side headlight assembly for 2015-2023 Ford transit 150,250, and 350 models, this is an OEM Ford part, as you can see in the pictures provided with the Ford logos. This headlight is still very clear not frosted with light scratches throughout the lens, there are a few heavy scrapes towards the right side of the headlamp. This headlight has most if not all of the bulbs included ( I don’t know if the bulbs are any good they might need to be replaced ) Two of the clips for the bulbs looks they might be cracked or chipped, look at the pictures for the grey and black bulb fixture. One of the main headlights behind the rubber plug has electrical tape on the clip. There’s a chip on the left mounting arm but I don’t think it would affect the mounting, all the clips around the headlamp are still good. Please check your model number and make sure this is the right one. Please seek all pics, Thank You.
