This is an WOLF Original OEM Part - KIP 7Z63 OFF to HI (HIGH) Control Knob in Stainless Steel.  It is made of cast metal and plastic with a stainless steel finish.  Compatible with various WOLF kitchen appliances. The knob was an unused item from a Factory Box Set of WOLF Knobs.  

Knob ranges from the OFF position to HI.
