30-Day Return Policy

We want you to feel comfortable trying new audio gear.
If the item you receive does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in the same condition as when you received it.
This extended period allows you to take your time and decide whether the product is a good match for your system.

1-Month Warranty

To protect your valuable investment, we provide a 1-month warranty on eligible products against defects under normal use.
If any issue occurs during the warranty period, please contact us first. In line with our warranty terms, we will check the condition and guide you through inspection, repair, or replacement.

Every product we ship is tested, inspected, and cleaned by our staff before dispatch.

Pre-owned HiFi gear can be an excellent value, but it should never feel ?cheap.?
For used items, we carefully check the sound, operation, and cosmetic condition so that you receive musical performance that matches or exceeds the price you pay.

Packing and Shipping

HiFi equipment is often delicate and heavy, so we pack every order with great care.
From double boxing to sufficient cushioning material, we take measures to help ensure that your ?precious gear? arrives safely.
In the unlikely event of damage or loss during transportation, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to find an appropriate solution in accordance with the carrier?s policy.


Policy

  • Customs and duties

    In accordance with the customs policies implemented between the United States and other countries in 2025, we apply the following fee structure based on the shipping country.

    For buyers in the United States:
    Import duties and taxes are included in the item price or shipping cost.
    Items shipped to the United States are sent under the Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) method, meaning all import-related charges are prepaid.
    Therefore, you will not be required to pay any additional fees upon the arrival of your order.

    For buyers outside the United States:
    Import duties, value-added taxes, and handling fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
    These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
    Please check with your country?s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before bidding or buying.
    (Many countries classify the audio equipment we handle as duty-free.)

  • Payment

    You can use various payment methods based on eBay Managed Payments.

  • Shipping

    1. We always send the item with a tracking number. So please place an order without any concern on delivery. You can always track the delivery status.
    2. Shipping is available from Monday to Friday. Weekends are not available because freight (shipping) companies are closed.
    3. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as ?gifts? ? Japan, US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

  • Cancellations & Returns

    Cancellation or returns will be accepted only if the item has an obvious problem that was not mentioned in the listing description. If that, please let us know within 30 days you got the item. Please use our designated return method (FedEx or postal service). We will cover the return shipping cost.

    If the return is made more than 30 days after the delivery date, the return shipping cost will be the buyer?s responsibility.
    Therefore, we kindly ask you to check the item?s condition as soon as possible after it arrives.
