We offer free returns, but ask that if the item is bought new, it is returned in the same condition it was sent, in order to be issued a full refund. 

If brand new item is opened and/or used, then returned, we shall only issue a partial refund to account for the loss in value from brand new to used condition. If unsure whether or not to return this item, please do not open it before making a final decision, or we will have to proceed with charging a partial refund fee.
