  Stunning ISSA LONDON dress.  Soft jacquard knit, 78% rayon, 22% spandex.   Tag size Medium, seems good for a Small, please check measurements below to see if it will work for your desired fit.  (Snug fit on my 35" bust mannequin).   Flattering fit and full flare, silhouette, gently scooped neckline, hidden back zipper.  Beautiful color block of royal-to-navy blue, turquoise and white, with subtly raised arrow stitches from one to the other that creates an ombre look.  Hard to see, but just a hint of iced aqua in the center of the white triangles.   Excellent condition.  Best to review all 14 photos to fully appreciate.  You will look and feel fabulous!
