• Some electronics items may need to be reprogrammed to function, an electronic item may not function without the proper programing. Buyer is responsible for researching verifying and providing that service.

• Items are sold per description and or partnumbers listed. In some cases any part that may be attached to listed part and not specified in description does not apply to the price of the part nor will be considered as item not described if non-functional or damaged. *EXAMPLE* HeadLight part sold/listed as part number given/shown. Any other items attached to the headlight ( bulbs, ballast, control units, etc) should be considered free with purchase of the headlight if light bulb does not work as result it will not be considered as item "not described" OR non-functional

•  Most unless stated of our parts listed are recycled/used. Unless stated otherwise all of our parts are stored indoors and found to be in good working condition before they are listed for sale.

• Boxes that show up damaged should be marked damaged and notify us immediately. 

• Refunds or exchanges will NOT be given if delivery is signed without note of damage.

• Parts MUST be returned in their original condition. Parts that are returned incomplete, along with parts that have been modified, damaged or otherwise tampered with will NOT be exchanged/refunded OR returned.

RETURNS

• Before opening a return, please message us with as much information about the problem and photographic evidence of the problem (pictures/videos).

• All returns must be approved before items are sent back. Items can only be eligable for return within 30 days from date of purchase, anything after 30 days will not be accepted back. Faulty and damaged items must be returned within 30 days of receipt, or no refund will be given.
• Returned items must be returned unused and in same condition item was sent to you as. Items are not considered lost until fifteen (15) working days have passed. Items will only be refunded after the item has been returned to us. 

**NOTICE** Be honest. If returning item due to changing mind, buyers remorse, buying wrong part, item not fitting, fitment issues, or not wanting item, they are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

•  Item must be returned in the packaging and condition received in order to get refund. No refund will be granted for the parts that were improperly installed, repackaged improperly or have been tampered with.

• Damage caused by improper installation will not be covered and reimbursed (make sure the item will be installed properly by specialist or mechanic).

• If we can't solve the problem without return, we will ask you to ship it back to us for exchange or a full refund of your initial payment if we don't have same item in stock.

ENGINES/DRIVETRAIN

**ATTENTION** All engines, transmissions and differentials are shipped DRY - EMPTY - NO FLUID. Under no circumstance will damage due to lack of oil/fluids be warrantied. Must be installed by an ASE certified repair shop, failure to provide proof of this will void any warranty claim. 

We are not responsible for costs associated with installation and or improper instillation.

• * All engines purchased must be serviced with a new timing belt, cam belt, or chain and filled with oil upon installation/purchase. 

Failure to do this procedure will result in the guarantee/warranty being void. Engines are sold as "BARE" (unless otherwise stated). This by us is considered head, block and sump. Any auxilarys and or parts possibly left on the engine such as water pump, cam belts, oil pumps are given free and are not covered by this purchase or influenceing the price.

ELECTRONICS

• DO NOT buy electronic parts for testing purposes. In such case, we will not accept the return. Any electronics, radios, modules, computers will be tested when returned and double checked before we issue you a refund. Buyer must return the item in the same condition as it was received, not used, installed or altered in any way. 

**NOTICE** Our specific marking on items and returns will not be accepted if missing/altered/tampered with. Package securely we are not liable for damage in shipping upon return No refund will be given.

• Gauge Clusters: Mileage is approximate if listed and not guaranteed accurate. Pixel condition is not included in ?working? description and may vary per cluster. Working description is that gauges (RPM, Speedometer, coolant temp, fuel level) are in working condition.

• If and when possible pictures in listing will be provided to showcase any possible flaws or showcase functionality.  

OTHER

• In the unlikely event an item being purchased and is unavailable, a full refund will be issued as soon as possible.

• To receive a discount, buyers are obligated to purchase discounted items through the sales page, we will not make reimbursements to reflect the sales price after item is sold.

• Parts damaged during freight shipment must have note of damage on the B.O.L signed upon receipt of shipment or be refused.
