Additionally, it comes with a Patented Internal Copper Booster Coil that enhances radio signal quality.

The latest VMS Racing 50 Caliber Bullet-style antennas are constructed from High Aircraft Quality T6061 Billet Aluminum and feature a hard anodized coating for a durable finish. Unlike many of our competitors, our antennas are made entirely from CNC billet aluminum rather than inferior cast aluminum molds, ensuring they won’t break or chip. The hard anodized surface also resists fading over time. Installation is straightforward, taking only minutes and requiring no special tools.

 

Each antenna is supplied with a selection of adapters and studs to accommodate most vehicles with screw-in style antennas. (Note: will not fit vehicles equipped with Power Antennas.)

 

Radio Reception Information:

 As with most aluminum short replacement antennas, you may experience some loss of radio reception, which can vary by vehicle and is also dependent on your location. Even with our included patented internal copper coil which improves radio signal ,If you reside in a rural area, reception might not be optimal. These antennas are made of aluminum and, unlike OEM antennas, they are not amplified. However, most of our customers have reported no reception issues with these antennas, and we felt it was important to provide this information for your consideration.
