Product Usage Method |
|
Usage method:
1. Connect the gas pipe according
to the corresponding labels on the device and its accessories.
2. Open the air source. At this time, the clamp head of the
equipment should be in an open state before crimping.
3. Place the crimping terminal in the corresponding fixture
position, step on the pedal valve, and release the valve after
crimping.
4. The crimping speed can be manually controlled according to
the speed of the pedal air valve, or the fitting with throttle
valve can be adjusted.
5. When crimping large square terminals, ensure sufficient air
supply and air pressure.
Conditions of use and
precautions:
1. The fluid used in this
equipment: compressed air.
2. Use environment and fluid temperature 5~60℃.
3. The medium used in the equipment cylinder should be filtered
by more than 40um filter before it can be used (that is, the air
source used in the cylinder should be filtered by the air
filter).
4. For the pipes connected to the equipment, the corresponding
gas tubes and joints should be selected and the internal stolen
goods must be removed to prevent debris from entering the
cylinder and damaging the cylinder.
5. When crimping the large square end, please ensure sufficient
air supply and air pressure.
6. If used in low temperature environment, anti-freezing
measures should be taken to prevent freezing of water in the
system.
7. Suggestion: The medium used in the cylinder is used after
refueling and lubrication (that is, install an oil mist in the
gas supply pipeline; Turbine No. 1 oil ISOVG32 is recommended).
Note:
Under no circumstances
should large metal parts or materials be fed, as this will
destroy the die. |

Returns & Exchanges

returns must be made within 14 days of delivery date. Items must be
in new, unused condition, with all original materials included with
the shipment. A partial refund may be applied for opened or damaged
items, depending on the condition.

returned under the buyer’s remorse: The return shipping fee must be
covered by the buyer; The original shipping cost will also be
deducted from the refund. 15% restocking fee of the items purchase
