Put one or two Fito Kid Sleep tea bags in a cup, pour boiling water over them and leave covered for 5–10 minutes. You can sweeten the tea with sugar, honey, lemon.

Store in a dry, well-ventilated room, at a temperature not higher than +25ºC.
