Die 3D Daten stehen unter kommerzieller Lizenz und werden unter dieser produziert und verkauft.
Die meisten der Modelle werden für euch nach der Bestellung
gedruckt. Die Angabe der langen Bearbeitungszeit erlaubt mir einen
sinnvollen Umgang mit meiner Arbeits- und Druckzeit. Wann immer möglich,
wird versucht diese Bearbeitungsdauer zu unterschreiten.
Das Modell wird unbemalt und nicht zusammengebaut geliefert.
Es handelt sich um ein 3D gedrucktes Produkt aus UV-gehärtetem Resin.
Die Modelle sind gereinigt und komplett mit UV ausgehärtet.
Die
Modelle müssen vor dem Druck mit Stützstrukturen versehen werden, diese
werden nach dem Druck normalerweise entfernt, hinterlassen aber
"Narben" am Modell. Diese sind produktionsbedingt und stellen keinen
Mangel am Produkt dar.
Reste der Stützstrukturen können sich noch am Modell befinden und können mit einem scharfen Bastelmesser entfernt werden.
Resinstaub
ist gesundheitsschädlich, wenn es in die Lunge gelangt. Vom Schleifen
und Feilen wird abgeraten. Andernfalls sollten solche Arbeiten nur mit
entsprechender Schutzausrüstung (Feinstaubmaske) und/oder
Nass-Schleifpapier durchgeführt werden.
Es ist möglich, dass das
Modell innen hohl ist. In diesem Fall hat das Modell Löcher, aus denen
das flüssige Resin herauslaufen konnte. Das Modell wurde dann auch von
innen ausgehärtet. Ablauflöcher können mit Modelliermasse verschlossen
werden.
Resin ist hitzeempfindlich und kann sich deshalb während
dem Druckprozess, der Entfernung der Stützstrukturen dem Aushärten, oder
dem Versand verformen. Heißes Wasser oder eine Heißluftpistole/Föhn
schaffen hier schnell Abhilfe. Das betroffene Teil wird erwärmt und dann
vorsichtig in die richtige Position gebogen.

These 3D files are produced and sold under a commercial licence.
Most of the miniatures are printed after you order them. The long
processing time allows me to sensibly plan my working and printing time.
Whenever possible, I try to cut the processing time short.
The model is delivered unpainted and unassambled.
This is a 3D printed product made of UV hardened resin.
Models are cleaned and completely cured with UV light.
Before
printing, a support structure needs to be added to the models, these
are normally removed after printing, but leave "scars" on the model.
These are production-related and do not represent a defect in the
product.
Remains of the support structure might still be on the model and can be removed with a sharp hobby knife.
Resin
dust is a health hazard if inhaled into the lungs. Sanding and filing
is not recommended. Otherwise, such work should only be carried out with
appropriate protective equipment (fine dust mask) and/or wet sandpaper.
It's
possible that the models are hollow. In this case, the model has
drainage holes through which the liquid resin could leak out. The inside
of the model was then also cured. Drainage holes can be closed with
modelling putty.
Resin is heat-sensitive and can therefore deform
during the printing process, the removal of the support structures,
post-process curing, or shipping. Hot water or a heat gun/hair dryer can
quickly remedy this. The affected part is heated and then carefully
bent into the correct position.
