Good condition = 7 or 8 on 10 with A seal

Very Good condition = 8.5 or 9.0 on 10 with A seal

Near mint condition = 9.2 or 9.4 on 10 with A or A+ seal

Mint condition = 9.6 or 9.8 on 10 with A+ seal
