MSI X99 SLI PLUS Motherboard For Parts Not Working

Bought this motherboard for a build but ended up never using it because it wouldn't post to BIOS. Power button, reset button, OC boost button, and BIOS flash button seem to work, but since it cannot post to the BIOS, I am unable to determine what exactly is wrong with it. The whole board seems to have proper power, and there doesn't seem to be any bent pins, but since I cannot properly diagnose this board's issues, I'm selling this as-is. Once again, this is FOR PARTS and NOT working.
