Prior to installation please verify the following: 

1. Inspect back circuit board and wire connections 
2. Verify circuit board is protected from exposed metal and wires when installing in the vehicle 
3. Make sure the following wires are going to their correct locations.
a. Black is Ground
b. Red is Brake Light (+12v)
c. White is Reverse Light (+12v)
d. Yellow is Auxiliary or Running Light (+12v)
