Payment:
- We accept Pay Pal, cheques, credit and debit cards, and bank transfer payments. Other payment methods are normally much faster, and they should be used for urgent orders. Buy it now listings will require an immediate payment via eBay.
Delivery:
- Upon receipt of the item, please examine it carefully. In the unlikely event of any damage in transit, please report it to us immediately by email or phone, but in any case no later than 2 days after receipt of the item. To enable us to deal with the courier efficiently, we may ask for some additional details, e.g. photographs of the damage and packaging.
Returns:
- If you change your mind within the first 30 days of receipt of the item, we will be happy to accept it back and refund your payment. You will need to notify us via email / phone within 30 days of receipt that you intend to return the item, request the return address and send the item back within a further 14 days at your cost. To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be new, unused, undamaged and correctly packaged. Please ensure that we receive the item in its brand new, original condition, i.e. take reasonable care to wrap and protect it on the way back to us.
Warranty:
- This product is covered by a 12 year manufacturer warranty. It can be extended by following the instructions in the box.
