  • Return postage for buyer-change returns or exchanges is paid by the buyer.
  • Custom-made jackets are non-returnable except for verified manufacturing defects.

Seller’s Responsibility

  • If the item is damaged, defective, or significantly not as described, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We cover return postage for verified manufacturing issues.
  • Packaging & postage costs are not refundable.
  • When we receive the item back unused and in original condition, we refund the item price (less shipping) or exchange per agreement.
