How do I customise my order?

Add the personalisation details into the box above the "Buy it now" button.
Song Name & Artist (We will source the lyrics) If you would like a specific version please let us know.
Four Lines of text in the order you would like them.
Send us a message via ebay and attach your photo.
We will let you know once we have all of the details from you.
If we do not receive a message from you at the time of purchase, then we will contact you afterwards to ask for the required details. We will always make sure we have all the details that you require before we dispatch.

What can you customise?

You can add up to 4 lines of text.
Choose your song lyrics.
Add your photo.
If you would like the song title you will need to include this in your 4 lines of text.

Should my print be portrait or Landscape?

Let us know which you would prefer when you order.
If you provide a landscape photo then the page is a better fit designed as portrait.
If you provide a portrait photo the page is a better fit designed as landscape.
If you have a preference or need the photo cropped and resized then please just send us a message prior to purchasing and we can help you with the photo layout.

Which photo will work best?

Your photo needs to be taken at a high resolution (optimal quality is 2000x2000 pixels) and preferably taken in natural daylight.
Taking a photo of a printed photo does not result in a high quality finish. Although we can use photos of printed photos we would like to point out that the image quality will be slightly affected. Please note: if you are taking a photo of another photo you need to remove it from the frame first to avoid glare from the glass. You will also need to line it up square with your camera.
We do not enhance your photo in anyway. If you would like the photo brighter or lighter or black and white please edit the photo first before uploading it.

Please note the photos are for illustration purposes only and as each print is unique to your specification the layout and colours may differ slightly from the examples.

How much is delivery?

Delivery on all of our items in the UK is completely FREE.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

Yes we deliver to Europe and the Rest of the World via

the eBay International Shipping Program, which is

handled by eBay. eBay will charge independently for

any postal costs for European or Worldwide deliveries.

How do I personalise the item I have ordered?

the product listing page, however if you are still unsure

of how to personalise your item, please message us by

CLICKING HERE and we will be happy to help.

When will I receive my order?

All of our orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 offering 2 day tracked delivery.

Or you can upgrade your delivery at the checkout to either Tracked 24 or Special Delivery.

We aim to dispatch all orders the same day if ordered before 4pm - if ALL of your

personalisation details are received by this time.

Orders placed after 4pm are sent the next working day.

Please note that orders received after 4pm on a Friday or over a weekend are sent on the Monday morning (excluding Bank Holidays).

Do you offer proofs?

Unfortunately we are not able to offer proofs on any of our prints. Due to the fast turn around times required for all orders. However, if you would like us to check a photo or anything else we are happy to help before you make your purchase. We can give as much advice as you need, especially on which photo works best and you are welcome to send as many photos as necessary to find the perfect one for your gift.

What size prints do you offer?

We currently offer our prints in A4 (210mm x 297mm) and A3 (297mm x 420mm).

Our prints are professionally printed using a commercial digital printer, offering exceptional quality and print longevity. Our prints are printed on a variety of stock types which are chosen to enhance the specific design.

What size and colour frames do you offer?

We currently offer framed prints in the following sizes -

A4 (210mm x 297) size only. Our frames are available in Black or White. They are hand made in the UK, and include safe, high quality, crystal clear, acrylic glazing, that is indistinguishable from glass. We pack our frames and prints separately within the same package for postage,

to avoid damage in transit.
