The DS-90 is one of NEOPOST/QUADIENT’s high-end, fast folder inserter machines, now succeeded by the updated DS-90 range. It is ideal for mailrooms, print shops, and office environments. This machine has been fully serviced by one of our certified Quadient technicians.
This folder inserter features a two-station design, meaning it has two A4 feeders that allow for multiple sheets to be collated before folding and inserting them into an envelope, which is then automatically sealed. It accommodates various paper sizes, from A4 and A5 down to 90mm. Additionally, it can insert booklets, 'return to sender' envelopes, or communication slips, with the capability to fold sheets if required.
A specialised feeder handles stapled booklets (size-dependent on testing), with options for single or letter folds. The machine supports up to 25 stored jobs, which can be preset or automatically configured. It is compatible with DL+ and C5+ envelopes and can process approximately 4,200 insertions per hour, with an average monthly usage capacity of up to 60,000 cycles.
