Vintage  Canvas Tennis Shoes, Sneakers, Athletic Shoes, 1910 – 1920s, Size 10

Incredible! antique natural white canvas wearable Athletic or lawn lace up shoes, from the 1910's to early 1920's.  Shoes laces original with tin round aglets or grometts.

Soles have the maker's mark, however it is very tough to make out. *shown in close-ups*

CONDITION

Very good vintage unworn condition, in wearable condition, with no age wear or tread wear - see photos, however has light storage oxidation discoloration spots scattered about overall from decades of non use and storage. Laces original with original end metal tabs. Insole is hard and is still flexible, might want to add a cushion insole for support. There is not a single stitch out of place or missing. There is no "dry-rot" going on anywhere.

Overall this is a very fine pair to be displayed just the way they are. Please study the pictures carefully since they are part of the description (should I have failed to mention or describe anything else) 

APPROXIMATE MEASUREMENTS

Shoes measure:  approx.  11- 1/2" in length, heel to toe (along bottom/sole)

approx.  3-5/8"  wide (across bottom/sole, at widest point front), approx 2-3/4” wide (across bottom back heal, at widest point. 

Stands 3” at back heel height.
