This is in pretty good overall condition, not much wear. I wound it and it runs. It was an estate find and the lady who owned it had the note you see with it. I don't know if Hamilton used real diamonds, I have no way to test them.     Look at the 10 photos, sold as shown. brn cbnt1b/bx>
