1966 Press Photo Humphrey Jackson, Mid-West representative of Come to Britain
This is an original press photo. Displaying signs like the kind that hang outside quaint British inns is Humphrey Jackson, Mid-West representative of the "Come to Britain" campaign of the British Travel Association. Jackson said some inns have comical names such as "The Silent Woman," which when taken together with the picture, would seem to indicate that the only really silent woman is one with her head chopped off. Photo measures 8 x 10.25 inches. Photo is dated 02-08-1966.
