Gojo wil only be able to do 20k stardust trades, this means you have to have shiny Talonflame registered in your pokedex (which means you have caught it before).

Keep in mind that the pokemon you purchase will differ from the ones seen in the picture. the IV'S and CP change when trading a pokemon.
