Controlled production, without waste, is part of our daily commitment: the CO2 expelled from our workshops is particularly low thanks to our modern firing techniques that require less energy. The waste in general is recycled and the water used in production is filtered and used again in the production process.Our dishes have always been produced in France, in Marcigny in the south of Burgundy: it is a tradition and savoir-faire which has been handed down from generation to generation. Domestic Shipping
Please make sure that your shipping address is correct when placing the order. Higher-end orders will require a signature, so please specify an address or work address that you can be available to receive the package and sign for it; furthermore, if a PO Box is used as the shipping address, we reserve the right to ask for a physical address.
We will refund and not reship items that are unsigned for, missed delivery, or are returned to us because of an insufficient address.
Expedited Domestic Shipping
Orders generally ship within 1 business day from when payment has cleared. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once shipped. Orders are guaranteed by business days (Saturday is not a business day). Shipping generally closes at 1PM EST.

Returns Information

30-Day Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items for an exchange or refund within 30 days, buyer pays return shipping.
Return Eligibility
Items must be in new condition, meaning unworn with the security tab (if applicable) intact. Conditions which will void your ability to return merchandise includes: Scratching, Breaking, Wearing items, Opening the inside of watch, Removing links, Removing the security tab on high-end items, or lastly, if the auction explicitly says in the description that the item cannot be returned.
If a new item return was received in above mentioned conditions. We may ship the item back to you or deduct up to %50 of the refund to cover the loss of value
Return Instructions
Before returning any item, you must message us to get a RMA# (Return Number). Keep your purchase, accessories, security tags if provided, and all packing materials in new condition to avoid refusal of the returned merchandise.
Items received "Not as Described"
Please notify us within 3 Business Days of purchase if there is a significant discrepancy with an order. Please inspect all packages when they are received.
