How to Use

1. Clean Your Forehead: Make sure your forehead is thoroughly cleaned and free of any grease or oils.

2. Remove the Electrode: Take an electrode from its plastic support, holding it carefully by one of its tips.

3. Position the Electrode: Place the electrode with the pointed part downwards. Align the lower edge exactly on the horizontal line that joins both eyebrows.

4. Secure the Electrode: Press your fingers several times along the entire surface of the electrode to ensure it grips the skin firmly.

5. Attach the Device: Hold the device and bring the rear side with the two magnets against the central part of the electrode. An indicator light below the button will flash when the device is correctly in place.

6. Select and Start the Programme: Choose and initiate the desired programme.

7. Remove the Device: After the programme ends, detach the device by pulling it down away from the electrode.

8. Remove the Electrode: Gently detach the electrode from your skin by holding one of its tips.

9. Store the Electrode: Place the electrode back on its transparent plastic support sheet for future use.
