About place order : 

• Our product is default for 5 seats , left hand drive hand car ; if you are right hand drive and need over 5 seats car floor mats , please contact us .if you didn't contact us and place the order,we will make it according to the order ,5 seats , for you . thank you for understanding! 
• Please select your car model and year in the Auto Parts List when you place the order ; if you can't find your car in it , please contact us , we will check it for you ,because some cars we can't make it .
• Trunk Mat sold spearately , not include in the front rows mats.please pay attention to this ! 
• Some cars need to confirm details , we will contact you in the first time , please pay attention your ebay message .

About Package Shipping:

Because the international shipping requirement of package ,we have to fold the item when we ship it so that fit the size specification .please understand .   There will have wrinkles on the mats, if you mind this ,  please order carefully !   We advise you put the mats on the flat place 3-5 days , if possible you can put something heavy on them ;

About Product :

Our material is made of XPE and PVA , durable, good-look , easy to install , best-fit ;

We can make personality pattern for you ,if you need it , contact us and send us the pic . the pattern is embroidery, nice and free. but if your pattern is too complicated , we can't make it  .

The default pattern for mats is car brand name with car icon,if you no need any pattern on mats leave us a note ,we will not make it for you . 

About Address/Color:

We can offer mats in various colors, if there is no color you like in the selections please contact us ,we check for you .If you want to change the color after you placed the order, no need cancel it ,it's ok to contact us ,we will exchange for you ;

Please confirm your receipt address before you place order, because the package once shipped can't change it . if you change your address when it is in transit and then missed the package ,we can't help you .  please attention to this !!!

Of course ,you forget change address after you place order , contact us right away before it is shipped.
