Gojo wil only be able to do 20k stardust trades max, luckily this is okay because the pikachu is not shiny. All you have to do is have a non shiny (scuba) pikachu caught before for it to cost only 100 stardust, if that is not the case it will cost 20k dust.

Keep in mind that the pokemon you purchase will differ from the ones seen in the picture. the IV'S and CP change when trading a pokemon.
