About the icon: 

The Lebanese monk Charbel became famous for his miracles of healing, which continue to occur to this day.

In the Saint Charbel Museum at the monastery in the town of Annaiya, where the incorruptible relics of Saint Charbel have rested for more than a hundred years, crutches, orthopedic shoes, and splints of healed patients are on display.

To this day, the Image of Saint Charbel is considered healing.
