Special Notation on Shipping

Will ship first class to save you shipping costs

However there is no tracking.    We guarantee we will take to post office to ship to you

but as there is no tracking BUYER assumes all risk if lost or it is not delivered to you by the USPS.

Once it is in the UPSP hands we can not guarantee shipping times to get to you by them as it is in their hands.

THE FOLLOWING IS YOUR OPTION BUT SHIPPING WILL BE MORE.

We can ship USPS Ground Advantage if you wish but costs will depend on your location and could be as much as $3.00 + more (Give or Take a bit) but It will have tracking.  SIMPLY pick this choice when you purchase it and eBay shipping will charge you according.  If you do not choose Ground Advantage for Shipping with Tracking you, as Buyer,  assumes all risk of loss.  FYI: Quora Site Notes:  Less than 1% of First Class mail is lost by USPS and that includes those lost that are related to non-update mailing addresses to the recipient with no return address by sender noted on them.

So the chance of loss is minimal but still there so use your own judgement as to choice of shipping.

The risk is upon the Buyer if First Class shipping is Chosen.  Thank you.
