Es handelt sich hier um 10 Stück winzige 3-CHIP LED RGY in Bauform 0605 (1,6 mm x 1,5 mm x 0,8 mm) mit sehr hoher Helligkeit (bei 20 mA).
Diese LED sind jeweils mit einem ROT (1,9 Volt typ.) und einem GRÜN (2,9 Volt typ.) und einem GELB (1,9 Volt typ.) leuchtenden Chip bestückt. Je nach Ansteuerung kann die LED einzeln in diesen Farben aufleuchten.
Die LED sind von der Gehäusehöhe sehr niedrig gehalten mit superflachen 0,5 mm Höhe, das ist fast nur die Hälfte im Vergleich zu handelsüblicher Ware in Bauform 0605.
Die LED sind bereits mit rückseitig angelötetem Kupferlackdraht versehen, wobei die vier Leitungen (je zwei für die Anoden und zwei für die Kathoden) flach in die selbe Richtung verlaufen.
Diese Art der Verlötung ist aufwendig und schwierig auzführen, bietet jedoch beim Verbauen der LED grösstmögliche Flexibilität in der Anwendung und gewährleistet extrem platzsparenden Einsatz.
Für bestmögliche Miniaturisierung kommt extra feiner Kupferlackdraht zur Verwendung, dieser ist hauchdünn und sehr biegsam, aber dennoch mit einer isolierenden, klaren Schutzschicht versehen.
Für einfache Anschlusserkennung sind die Kathoden ca. 10 mm kürzer als die Anoden gehalten.
Die Drahtenden sind verzinnt.
Nach evtl. Kürzen kann durch Belöten/Neuverzinnen diese isolierende Schutzschicht thermisch entfernt werden.

This auction is about 10 pieces of tiny 3-CHIP LED in series 0605 (1.6 mm x 1.5 mm x 0.8 mm) with a very high brightness level (at 20 mA).
The LED have three chips whereby one is lighting up in RED (1.9 volts typ.) and one is lighting up in GREEN (2.9 volts typ.) and one is lighting up in YELLOW (1.9 volts typ.). Depending on your connection mode you can use each single colour.
The LED have an ultra-flat housing with only 0,5 mm height that means almost only half the height of commercially available LED in series 0605.
The LED already have enamelled magnet wire soldered onto the backside whereby the four wires (each two for the anodes and two for the cathodes) are leading flat in the same direction.
This kind of soldering is very extensive and difficult to perform but is offering maximum flexibility when applying the LED and is ensuring place-saving usage.
For utmost miniaturization extra fine enamelled magnet copper wire is used; wafer-thin and very bendy but still covered with an isolating clear lacquer coating.
For easy recognizable connecting the Cathodes are about 10 mm shorter than the Anodes.
The wire endings are tinned.
After possible cutting/shortening of the wire this isolating protective layer can be thermically removed by resoldering/tinning.
