Genuine Used item that's been tested! Item overall in excellent condition for being Used! No charger included but I was able to charge this device using personal universal charger. I gave 9.0VDC and it started charging as you can see votage meter, so battery seems to work but can't say how well it'll hold since it's old and used. What you see is all you get! Overall in great condition.
