This is a original Chuck E Cheese PTT Cyberstar Data Card Cage Cyberamic Animatronic Controller that would connect to each cyberamic animatronic on a stage which then this would be plugged into a cyberstar to effectively control a show I am not sure if this still works or not please see pictures for the condition.
