Photos: All photos are my photos taken of actual items listed.  If there are multiple quantities, the photos will be of one of the items listed.  

Returns: Accepted within 30 days if item is in same condition as when we shipped the item.  In other words, new sealed audio books must be returned unopened.  Buyer pays return shipping costs. 

Packaging:  We ship all CD/DVD/Transcript sets bubble wrapped in cardboard boxes.  So, you can be sure all of your purchases will be well protected and arrive undamaged.  Smaller book only purchases may be shipped in a bubble mailer.  

Combined shipping:  If you put multiple items in your cart, it will display what the combined shipping charge will be for those items.
