SHIPPING INFORMATION

We aim to dispatch all other orders within 2-5 working days of receiving cleared funds (Monday to Friday).

We occasionally list products which are special order items and therefore dispatch time will be slightly longer, if this is the case then we will contact you to advise of expected delivery date.

Shipping time during holidays may take longer than normally.

An express delivery option is available on selected items. If your order is placed before 3 PM (Monday to Friday) and is in stock, items will be sent the same day and delivered within 2 working days (for some out of areas postcodes, deliveries might take slightly longer).

PLEASE NOTE: WITH ALL ORDERS LEAVE A MOBILE CONTACT NUMBER.

All deliveries are made by courier and mostly require a signature. Please ensure someone is present to sign for the item. If the item will be returned to us we will have to charge for re-delivery.

We run an automated ordering system so please ensure your correct shipping address is selected on the PayPal / eBay checkout as we can only send to the address that comes through. This is an eBay policy.

For orders cancelled after dispatch you must follow our returns procedure. You are responsible for both the outgoing and return postage costs.

Orders Delayed/Missing in Transit: We promise we'll do everything we can to ensure you receive your order within the time-frame specified. Occasionally events beyond our control may result in your parcel being delayed whilst it is with the courier and we cannot be held responsible for such delays.

What do I do if I have not received my delivery? Please call us or send a message via eBay messages and we'll get back to you quickly with a response and tracking information.

RETURNS

• - All returns must be pre-approved by eBay messaging system before you ship any item back to us.
• - All damaged items must be reported to us within 24hrs of delivery using the eBay messaging service with few photos of damage.
• - We will gladly accept your return within 30 days of the delivery date.
• - We do not accept to cover return shipping cost using reasons: doesn't fit, doesn't match description or photos, doesn't work or defective, if before purchase you do not ask us to check item compatibility by sending car VIN (chassis number)
• - Items must be returned in new unused condition and contain all original materials (if included).
• - All returned items will be tested before refunds are given.
• - Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is defective.
• - Returns should be packed in outer shipping carton to avoid defacing the original box/packing of the product.
• - Items returned in damaged condition will not be accepted.
• - Items that are sent in vacum or lubricated film cannot be opened if the return is issued.
