How To Use: Aleppo Pepper or Turkish Pepper / Syrian Pepper, Halep Biberi and Pul Biber in Turkiye, Halebi Bibar in Armenia - is the mild hot variety of vegetable red bell pepper with heatness from 2,500-5,000 up to 10,000 SHU by Scoville scale or 3/10 (comparing to 30,000-50,000 SHU or 5/10 in Indian or Cayenne Chili). It has a mild fruity flavor, similar to raisins with hints of cumin, it is oily and with a slight hint of salty vinegar, moderate spiciness 3/10 dissipates into a shade of sour and sweet sun-dried tomatoes. It is added to pizza, chicken, tuna and potato salads, grilled and barbeque dishes like steaks, chicken and pork chops.
