All dolls and toys come wrapped in thick bubble wrap and are secured in the shipping box to keep everything protected during shipping. For orders of $100 or more, we get extra shipping insurance to cover the contents. If you buy more than 2 items, we do combine shipping and will weigh your package here before we ship it and will refund any shipping overage paid, if any.

Orders are packaged with extreme care, but when the carrier takes possession, we cannot guarantee the safety of that order.  We do not offer refunds and free shipping returns for items damaged during shipping. If an item is damaged or broken during shipment, an insurance claim with the United States Postal Service (USPS) will need to be filed.  As proof of damage, the USPS (closest to you) will want to physically see the broken item and the original shipping container with the shipping label attached. Do not throw the item or the package away until the insurance claim has been received.  Photos of the damaged/broken items are essential.  If, in a special case, we do accept a return, the buyer will pay all return postage.
