In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your items we will refund your items within 30 days of purchase. In addition, we will happily refund the product or exchange your item provided:

• The goods are returned within 30 days from the date of purchase
• The goods are accompanied by the original receipt issued at the time of purchase
• The goods are in an original, unopened and re-sellable condition
• The goods are standard stock items (custom made products are not included)

As a consumer you can also choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major fault including:

• A problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
• The wrong item was received it is deemed unusable
• It is significantly different from the sample or description
