Returns:

All items must be returned in the original condition that it was sent

All Tags must still be attached or item in the same packaging as received To Receive a FULL refund

 

If an item needs to be returned:

The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent to you 

Any item that was used will not be returned

All Handbags & accessories have a security tag on it

This tag is my business card and it must still be attached

This tag will not hurt the bag in any way

The security tag must be cut with scissors in order to remove it

Once cut the tag cannot be re-attached

**If the Security tag is not attached, item CANNOT be returned**

If, despite my efforts your order does arrive damaged, it is VERY important that you keep all the packaging

The box, packaging and item must be taken to the post office to file a claim.

Please do not mail the item back to me, I will file all the paperwork for the claim.

If you mail the item back to me, it will void the U.S. Postal Insurance and a refund can’t be given
