This item is pre-owned but in good condition.  It does have one missing zipper pull for the zipper on the inside lining.  It still works and is real smooth, but you have to propel it with your fingers.  It also has some black marker showing on the tag.  Someone put their name on the bag and tried to cover the brand and etc.  Both these issues are shown in the pics.  Otherwise it is an excellent high quality case.  The price has been adjusted accordingly.
