Returns policy:
1. Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. 2. Returns will only be accepted if the protective seals/stickers remains intact and has not been tampered/removed. 3. Our commitment to providing high-quality products is reflected in this policy, as the integrity of the protective seal is crucial for the assessment of returns. If the seal is found to be torn or damaged, regrettably, we won't be able to process the return and refund. 4. In case of return, it is buyer responsibility to pay for the postage.
Warranty / refunds policy:
1. Warranty duration: 2 months (60 days) from the date of purchase. You will get a Warranty Card together with your product. Please be aware, we will NOT be able to proceed your claim without this Card. 2.
