This was my magazine (by subscription) when new.  Time to rehome.

Mailed in a 9X12 envelope (thin protective cardboard on each side of magazine) via First Class Mail.  Two issues mailed together would exceed the thickness limit of First Class Mail.  Orders of multiple issues will either be mailed out in separate 9X12 envelopes or will be combined in a box and shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, whichever is cheaper.  Magazines are not eligible for Media Mail.
