Please note that all items in our clearance store are sold as-is. These items are not returnable, and the price reflects this condition. By purchasing from our clearance store, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Tax Invoices
We send items with Tax Invoices enclosed. Due to a recent scam doing the rounds on the internet we are unable to accept requests to have items sent without invoices enclosed. This is to protect both us and our customers.
Domestic Shipping (within Australia)
Postage costs are as per the eBay listing based on buyer location and item quantity.
Orders under $100 are sent with Authority to Leave where possible by default. If you would like to request signature on delivery, please leave that in the order notes. Where possible we will always allow a buyer to give authority to leave which can normally be done in the Australia Post app.
Some bulky items may need to be sent by courier.
- Once the order has been paid for, the address cannot be changed. This is due to Seller Protection on eBay. You should change the address BEFORE placing the order. Under these circumstances the buyer should immediately cancel the order and repurchase with the correct address.
- Small Stickers (generally the My Family Stickers), will be sent as a letter with no tracking or signature required.
- If a valid mobile phone number is provided we will send updates as the parcel goes through our process. Usually a message with Order Confirmation, and then another when the item is dispatched. We may also send follow up messages once the order is complete to check up.
- If an item requires a signature and no one is at the address to take delivery and sign for the parcel, your item may be taken to a collection point. You should get a calling card at the address with details on how to collect the parcel, or the details will be emailed to you. You may be required to provide ID when collecting the parcel. Note: Most of the carriers will hold the parcel at the collection point for no more than 14 days, after that time it will be returned to us.
The Australia Post app is also a great way to track your parcels, and authority to leave can also be given.
- If you give "ATL - Authority to Leave" for your parcel please advise in the order notes and we can arrange that for you.
- Items where "Express Post" is selected the item will only be sent with Australia Post Express Post.
- Orders placed during public holidays and the Christmas/New Year period may experience delayed processing and dispatch. Carrier delivery schedules may also be affected during these times.
