Freight Shipping
- Large or heavy items are shipped via truck line (LTL) and secured to a pallet for protection.
- Shipments must be addressed to a location that is accessible by large trucks. Someone must be available throughout the day to accept and unload the item.
- Shipments to residential areas or sites that require appointments, lift gates, inside delivery, or other special delivery requirements will have additional charges. These charges vary by service and location and must be paid before shipping. Accessorials are not included in flat-rate shipping costs, and you are responsible for disclosing the need for any accessorials prior to us shipping the item.
- Home-based businesses are still classified as residential and are subject to additional residential delivery and lift gate charges when needed.
- Please provide a contact name and phone number for the driver at the time of purchase.
