For your consideration is an absolutely gorgeous fabric panel for making a wallhanging with two giraffes, surrounded by flowers and shadowed foliage.  The panel is 22½" in "length" (as it was cut) by 42" in width, selvedge to selvedge.  The little bit of printing on one selvedge is smeared or overdyed and unreadable.   I'm fairly sure that the fiber is cotton, but it has a very interesting weave or texture.  It is so beautiful.  It must be older and fairly rare, as I could not find a panel just like it anywhere online.

The fabric is very clean and in excellent condition.  It has some strings along the cut edges from handling and storage.  It has been kept in my always-climate-controlled home since I purchased it at a quilter's estate sale.  From a smoke-free home.
