If your delivery is late please contact us through eBay messages before opening a dispute. This will result in the quickest response.
If an item is returned due to an incorrect address the buyer will be required to pay the higher of £2 or the postage and packing fee again. The item will then be despatched.
You are welcome to return unwanted items provided they are unused/unopened. Please request a return within 7 days of receipt. You will be required to pay the postage.
Returns can not be accepted without the ebay paperwork.
